Tables and chairs for up to 150 people. Choose from sixteen 8-foot rectangle tables, fifteen 5-foot round tables, or six cocktail tables. Includes chairs for outdoor ceremonies without having to move them back and forth. We set the tables and chairs up and break them down at the end of your event.

We provide you with a client login page that has helpful planning details. We meet with you before your wedding to create a reception layout, ceremony plan, and inclement weather plan. On the day of your wedding, we help with the timing of your walk down the aisle and come down at regular intervals during your reception to check on facilities.

Golf cart shuttle service for guests needing special assistance to the meadow for your ceremony. The meadow is located a short distance from the barn, at the end of a gently rolling path.

• Up to 600 pounds of ice for chilling beverages on your wedding day;

• Two 100-gallon plastic tubs for holding drinks;

• Water (bottled and in dispensers) for up to 150 people on your wedding day.

Choose from two barrel fans OR the wood firepit, depending on the weather. Propane firepit may be used along with the fans (subject to any burn bans that may be in effect).

For outdoor ceremonies in the meadow, we provide a generator to power sound equipment. The barn has electricity and outlets inside.
