Sample Timeline for a Two-Day Wedding

Saturday (Wedding Day)

8:00 a.m. - Arrive at venue, begin setup and getting ready

11:00 am - Brief rehearsal

3:30 p.m. - Guests begin arriving

4:00 p.m. - Ceremony

4:30 p.m. - Social time for guests with appetizers, drinks, and lawn games; additional wedding party photos

5:30 pm - Dinner, Toasts, and Cake Cutting

7:00 p.m. - Dancing

10:30 p.m. - Music moves inside; barn doors shut

By midnight (wedding curfew) - wedding reception must end; open beverage containers and food must be placed in fridge or thrown away in outdoor dumpsters. Decor and non-food items may stay up until check-out the next day.

Stay overnight in the loft

Sunday (Check-Out)

10:00 a.m. - Family/friends arrive to help with clean up

2:00 p.m. - Barn cleaned up and all guests and vehicles departed
