Wedding Packages

For a meaningful celebration in an unforgettable place, we invite you to book a wedding with us. In addition to use of our spacious barn and beautiful grounds, all of our weekend wedding packages include essential amenities, such as tables and chairs, so that you can show up and have the Montana wedding you dreamed. Our classic wedding packages accommodate up to 150 people and are described below. For small weddings and elopements, please view our special “petite” wedding package here.

2025 Classic Wedding Packages

(for up to 150 guests)

One-Day | $6250

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Use of the barn and loft from 8:00 a.m. - Midnight. This package is perfect for efficient couples who can decorate and celebrate all in the same day. Includes:

Tables and chairs - for up to 150 guests, plus set up and tear down of those items;
Ice and water - plastic tubs and ice for chilling beverages, plus water, for up to 150 guests;
Generator - to power sound equipment for outdoor ceremonies in the meadow;
Fans or wood firepit - two barrel fans or wood for the firepit, depending on the weather;
Day-of venue coordination - we meet with you prior to your wedding to create a table layout, ceremony layout, and inclement weather plan; we will assist with the timing of your walk down the aisle (if needed); and we come down at regular intervals to check on the facilities. However, we do not provide complete wedding planning services, such as setup/teardown of your personal decor, monitoring vendors you bring on site, or service/clean-up of food and beverage items. Golf cart shuttle service for any guests needing assistance to the meadow for your ceremony.

All events must be concluded, the barn cleaned up, and guests departed by midnight.

Two-Day | $6750

(Option A) Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding

2:00 p.m. Friday - Midnight Saturday. Great for couples who want extra time before their wedding day to set up and host a rehearsal dinner. Includes all of the same amenities listed in the 1-day package above, plus an overnight stay in the loft on Friday night.

(Option B) Wedding and Delayed Check-Out

8:00 a.m. Saturday - 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Choose this package if you want some extra time to clean up and check out after your wedding day. Includes all of the same amenities listed in the 1-day package above, plus an overnight stay in the loft Saturday night.

Three-Day | $7250

Relaxed Wedding Weekend

2:00 p.m. Friday - 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Our best value and most popular package! This package is ideal for destination weddings and anyone who wants a relaxed wedding weekend with extra amenities. Includes two nights in the loft apartment (Friday and Saturday), plus all of the amenities described under our 1-day package and the following extras:

Tablecloths - white, mid-length tablecloths (and a few full-lengths) for our table inventory. We press and place them on the tables for your arrival, saving you a lot of time and sweat!
BBQ grills - two BBQ grills for use during your rehearsal dinner.
