Wedding Packages
In addition to use of our spacious barn and beautiful grounds, all of our weekend wedding packages include essential amenities, such as tables and chairs, so that you can show up and have the Montana wedding you dreamed. Our classic wedding packages accommodate up to 150 people and are described below. For small weddings and elopements, please view our special “petite” wedding package here.
2027 Classic Wedding Packages
(for up to 150 guests)

Best for: Efficient couples who can decorate, celebrate, and clean up all in the same day.
Rental Period: 8:00 am - midnight on a single day. All events must be concluded, all guests/vehicles departed, and the barn cleaned up by midnight.

Best for: Couples who want extra time before their wedding for a rehearsal dinner and overnight stay in the loft.
Rental Period: 2:00 pm on Friday - midnight Saturday.
Inclusions: All of the items listed in “Package Inclusions” below, plus:
Extra time on Friday to host a rehearsal dinner and to setup;
Overnight stay in the loft on Friday night.

Best for: Couples who want extra time after their wedding to stay overnight in the loftand to enjoy a delayed checkout.
Rental Period: 8:00 a.m. on Saturday - 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Inclusions: All of the items listed in the “Package Inclusions” below, plus:
An overnight stay in the lofton Saturday night;
Delayed check-out and extra time to clean up by Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

Best for: Destination weddings and anyone who wants a relaxed wedding weekend with extra amenities. Our best value and most popular package!
Rental Period: 2:00 p.m. on Friday - 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Inclusions: All of the items listed in the “Package Inclusions” below, plus:
Full weekend access for your rehearsal, wedding, and delayed check-out;
Two nights in the loft (Friday and Saturday); and
Extra amenities
White tablecloths - white, mid-length tablecloths (and a few full-lengths) for the tables. We press and place them on the tables for your arrival, saving you a lot of time and sweat!
BBQ grills - two BBQ grills for use during your rehearsal dinner

Classic Wedding Package Inclusions

Tables and chairs for up to 150 people. Choose from 15 8-foot rectangle tables, 16 5-foot round tables, or 6 cocktail tables. Includes chairs for outdoor ceremonies without having to move them back and forth. We set the tables and chairs up and break them down at the end of your event.

We meet with you before your wedding to create a reception layout, ceremony plan, and inclement weather plan. On the day of your wedding, we help with the timing of your walk down the aisle and come down at regular intervals during your reception to check on facilities.
Please note that venue coordination is not full-service wedding planning, and does not include hiring or managing vendors you choose to bring on site, setting up or tearing down your personal decor, or serving and cleaning up food and beverages. For more information, please click here.

Golf cart shuttle service for guests needing special assistance to the meadow for your ceremony. The meadow is located a short distance from the barn, at the end of a gently rolling path.

Up to 600 pounds of ice for chilling drinks on your wedding day;
Two large plastic tubs for holding drinks;
Water (bottled and in dispensers) for up to 150 people on your wedding day.

Choose from two barrel fans OR the wood firepit, depending on the weather. Propane firepit may be used along with the fans (subject to any burn bans that may be in effect).

For outdoor ceremonies in the meadow, we provide a generator to power sound equipment. The barn has electricity and outlets inside.

In addition to our Classic Wedding Packages, we also offer special event packages for small weddings and businesses/organizations.

During the week (Monday-Thursday), we can host corporate events. We also host holiday parties for businesses and organizations during the winter. Please contact us for details.
